Welcome to ArtfulMoment! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://artfulmoment.com("Site") and your purchase of original anime figures, collectibles, and related merchandise ("Products") from us.
By accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Intellectual Property
All Products sold on this Site, including the original anime character designs, artwork, and sculptures, are the exclusive intellectual property of ArtfulMoment and its artists. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You purchase a physical collectible item for personal enjoyment and display. You do not acquire any rights to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or commercially exploit the character designs or the Products themselves.
3. Products Customization
Original Creations:Our Products are original creations. They are not official merchandise from any licensed anime, manga, or game series.
Product Images:We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of some items.
Custom Messages:The free gift message service is offered for personal, non-commercial greetings only. We reserve the right to refuse to write any message we deem offensive, inappropriate, or infringing on others' rights.
4. Orders Payment
Order Acceptance:Placing an item in your cart or completing the checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including limitations on stock, problems with payment, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Pricing:Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged is the price valid at the time your order is placed.
Payment:All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping Delivery
Processing:Orders are processed and prepared with care within 3-6 days.
Shipping:We ship internationally using reliable carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.
Risk of Loss:Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to you upon our delivery of the Products to the carrier.
Import Duties:For international orders (outside of our shipping origin, we ship from China), you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
6. Returns Refunds
Due to the custom and collectible nature of our Products, we have a strict policy:
All sales are final.We do not accept returns or offer refunds for simply changing your mind.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at sales@artfulmoment.com within48 hoursof delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. We will review each case individually and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund.
Lost in Transit:Please contact us if your package is significantly delayed. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements for lost packages are considered on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
ArtfulMoment shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Products or Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Product(s) in question.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArtfulMoment and its owners, employees, and artists from any claim or demand made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws ofthe People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
